Project Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Prepares project quantity take-off (BOM)
• Prepares manpower loading / labor costing
• Supervision of site foreman and workers to implement dept. quality programs and work process , keen and sensitive to project details.
• Site delegation of duties and daily responsibilities and follow up its completion.
• Coordination of project schedule and project concern with other depts. and contractors.
• Accomplishment of weekly project report , monitor and controls labor and material cost..
• Submission of testing certificates and report.
• Implements project close out procedures , punchlist and plan rectification works.
• Prepares post-con report.

Requirements:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 2 years of working experience in the field of construction and engineering is required for this position
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
• Willing to do fieldwork
