About the Role
JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Superintendent focuses on site-level management by overseeing and monitoring field operations to ensure that all activities are safely executed on-time and within quality standards. They are responsible for day-to-day operations including subcontractor coordination, weekly activity scheduling, and communicating management directives to the field team while enforcing the environment, health, and safety standards of the organization.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Experience :
At least eight (8) years work experience in various construction projects with at least three (3) years of on-the-job experience in a similar role
Must have experience in project management with exposure to staff supervision, manpower monitoring, and project scheduling.
Certifications:
Licensed Architect-preferred
