Project Site Engineer/Architect

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in project planning and scheduling ensuring that projects are completed on time and within the budget
• Oversee construction activities to ensure that work is carried out according to approved plans and specifications
• Monitor and inspect construction progress to identify and address any issue of discrepancies
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Monitor project cost and expenses, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to the budget.
• Identify cos-saving opportunities and suggest alternatives to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, equipment and supplies.
