Summary
As a Project QHSE Manager you’ll be collaborating with employees of all nationalities and disciplines. DEME's objective is to provide a healthy work environment, to promote sound work practices and a healthy lifestyle for everyone involved in our business. QHSE is therefore one of our most vital departments and involved in all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters on our projects, vessels, and in HQ. Together we work towards DEME’s vision of creating a sustainable future.
Advise the workforce regarding QHSE-S matters and organize trainings, inductions and toolbox meetings
Execute audits and inspections to ensure the effectiveness of QHSE-S programs.
Identify and evaluate QHSE-S risks.
