The manager promotes quality awareness, guides departmental personnel, and ensures compliance with internal procedures and external specifications. They are also accountable for resource planning, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, while serving as the primary liaison on quality matters with customers, suppliers, and certification authorities.
