About the Role
Responsibilities
- Represent the company on all quality-related matters and liaise closely with BCA on quality initiatives and assessments.
- Guide project teams in establishing and achieving project-specific quality objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff and subcontractors to reinforce quality standards and objectives.
- Lead the preparation of CONQUAS/QM documentation and coordinate with BCA on pre-assessment quality meetings.
- Establish and manage CONQUAS incentive schemes for management approval.
- Organize and deploy in-house inspectors to carry out progressive inspections and establish quality benchmarks.
- Guide site teams in conducting internal quality checks and rectification works prior to formal assessments by consultants, clients, and authorities.
