Critical Responsibilities
Main Tasks:
PPM is the central contact person within the Project organization for all procurement relevant topics. PPM has responsibilities to
Develop procurement concept and consolidate procurement deliverables required by EPDS; 
Support project manager to evaluate and develop project execution strategy;
Develop procurement plan and maintain it regularly;
Establish project specific Approved Vendor List (AVL) for required goods and services based on Covestro internal AVL and practice;
Develop and Implement sourcing strategy and contracting strategy with support from in-house team or Procurement Service Provider.
