Project Planning Engineer

Functions:

• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Manage matters related to project planning, liaising with consultants, contractors and local authorities.
• Responsible for day-to-day project development and management from planning stage until handover.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth implementation of project.
• Ensure projects are executed timely, within approved budget and in accordance with contractual requirements, procedures and specifications.

Requirements:

• Deg in Civil Engineer or equivalent
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & BM
• Atleast 2years of working experiences - High-rise Property Development
• Possesses good technical and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
