**What you will do**:
- Administer Project Library, Project Planning Tools, and associated data with a focus on timely, accurate reporting of project status and thorough document version control.
- Support in managing Supplier Payments by estimating, tracking, and regulating payment schedules.
- Secure effective execution of the Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS).
- Uphold strict compliance to group directives, legal and financial directives, and global and local E+OHS policies.
- Safeguard data security and privacy principles with extreme diligence.
- Utilize approved processes and tools to optimize efficiency.
