Project Planner

Job Responsibilities

· Prepare work schedule using MS Project to manage an integrated master schedule and the supporting detailed schedules, including daily and weekly reports; liaise with project teams, and work closely with the Project Manager.

· Create detailed project plans and ensure that project team members follow the activities outlined in the plans to deliver project on schedule and within budget.

· Carry out basic take off quantities from drawings, either using AutoCad or PDF tools.

· Prepare daily activity tracking sheet; liaise with project teams on daily progress status.

· Ensure the project is kept on track by producing reports and using project management tools to keep all other teams involved in the project on track.

· Demonstrate engineering experience delivering technically challenging construction program.

· Prepare weekly reports, including manpower, equipment and weather.
