ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT

Under the overall authority of the Head of the UNESCO Office in Islamabad, and the direct supervision and guidance of the National Professional Officer (Culture) the Project Officer will be responsible for the management, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Japan Funds-in-Trust (J-FiT) project entitled “Conservation of the Archaeological Ruins of Moenjodaro (Pakistan) and Reinforcement of the Disaster Risk Reduction Mechanism.”

The Service Contract holder will work under the overall authority of the Head of the UNESCO Office in Pakistan and the direct supervision and guidance of the National Professional Officer (Culture) , in close coordination with the International Expert on Culture and Heritage.
