Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery and client management for Microsoft Dynamics platforms, ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs. This role will lead cross-functional teams, manage governance and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across Dynamics 365 and AX environments. Responsibilities: Ensure end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics services including D365 and AX in alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
