Project Manager

This is an on-site role in either Winnipeg, MB, Ottawa, ON or Lansing, MI

As an MSP, the Professional Services team implements small to medium-sized projects for our clients. Project effort is generally less than 30 days. Candidates must be fast-paced, detail-oriented and high-touch with clients and internal team members. Our PMs are generally responsible for 25+ projects at any one time in various project statuses. Our focus is on providing an exceptional client experience and ensuring our Professional Services team members are fully scheduled for work on active projects. Billable utilization for the PM and their team members is a top priority.

The Project Manager serves as the strategic steward for a portfolio of projects for their POD as well as the health of each individual initiative.
