Project Manager (Vanadium / Petcoke Processing / CFB) LATAM

GateSource HR is seeking an experience Project Manager , with experience in petcoke pocessing to lead a technically complex high-temperature processing and recovery operation. This role focuses on the extraction and refining of vanadium from industrial feedstocks through advanced roasting, emissions control, and hydrometallurgical recovery systems. The successful candidate will bring strong operational leadership in thermal processing environments, strict regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-efficiency recovery performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution and operational management of a vanadium recovery project based on petcoke or similar industrial feedstock processing. Oversee high-temperature roasting operations, including Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) systems.
