Project Manager

Ensure engineering design team deployment and mobilization as per project strategy and project requirements.

• Ensure input data from Client, vendors and internal other engineering discipline team are on track as per engineering design delivery schedule.

• Monitor and keep abreast of all engineering design activities and ensure that all issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

• Monitor progress periodically against schedule, quality standards and budget (design effort), as well as against contractual requirements, client requirements and company standards. Highlight critical points and propose corrective action plans.

• Ensure adherence of every function and process to process and quality management (PQM) right through the project lifecycle and ensure flawless delivery of engineering design. Monitor and keep a check on design defects incidences
