KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning and Implementation within time, cost, quality and risk tolerances.
• Ensure that daily tasks are assigned in a configuration that achieves the fastest progress with the most optimal resources.
• Day to day management of delivery team activities ensuring that the teams stay focused and constantly work towards achieving project milestones from the beginning to the end.
• Identify project risks and put in-place mitigation measures to either avoid or reduce the risks and in cases where the risks must be accepted, work closely with all the project stakeholders (Operations Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Finance, Project Engineers, Customer Project Interfaces) to trouble-shoot, ideate and co-create solutions to all project issues that arise therein.
