This role involves setting clear project goals, defining scope and deliverables, managing timelines and budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met efficiently and effectively. The Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, managing expectations, and providing regular status updates. They are also tasked with identifying potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring that projects adhere to quality standards and organizational policies.
