+ **Customer Relations:** Prepare and submit advance program schedule as required. Monthly progress meetings with customer, if relevant. Organize meetings with customer to discuss and resolve issues if necessary. Maintain good working relationship with customers, managers and engineers. Provide customer care and ensure permanent customer satisfaction.
+ **Process implementation:** Responsible for the implementation of all required processes (including financial, operational, quality, safety) and reporting of activities and all required indicators.
