About the Role

Job Description: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects in the web3 and DeFi space. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably with knowledge of fintech and trading product development cycles. Experience in a Project Management role for a web3 and/or DeFi protocol is a big plus. Certification in MI Body of Knowledge or PMP is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. 
Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines. 
Identify and mitigate project risks. 
Manage stakeholders and communicate project progress. 
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation. 
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. 
Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
