About the Role
Responsibilities
- Have experience in construction project work, preferably in plumbing and sanitary works.
- Coordinate with the main contractor on the scope of work and establish site management policy.
- Responsible to deal with relevant authorities, clients consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Assist in planning of work schedule, handle technical and engineering problems.
- Evaluate risk assessments, safe work procedures and method statements to ensure that they comply with contract requirements.
- Check all requirements in contract documents, drawings and specifications to ensure that variation orders are implemented.
