About the Role
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, or Delivery Coordination roles.
Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Payments projects.
Good understanding of payment processing and payment ecosystems.
Exposure to one or more payment methods such as:
Payment Gateways
UPI
NEFT/RTGS
IMPS
Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard)
Digital Wallets
AML exp must
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
