Lead business development by providing proposal and project expertise for new opportunities, close collaborate with sales and portfolio to drive the new business.Lead end-to-end project from award through post SOP months, ensuring compliance with GDPEP process and timely management reporting with appropriate escalation protocols.Monitor and control ERD/Capex/BOM costs, driving functional teams to maintain financial KPIs against baseline targets.Foster cross-functional collaboration, resolving interface issues and promoting teamwork across departments.Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., VAVE targets) across all project phases. <...
