In this role as aProject & NPI Manager, will hold responsibility to lead projects including New Product Introduction project, and other improvement projects. Responsible from project planning up to qualification run and release to mass production.
What you will do
Lead new product introduction projects and other improvement projects.
Responsible to define the business case and project plan agreement with all relevant management levels and stakeholders.
Responsible to implement and realize project targets according to the project plan.
Responsible to mitigate process risk from early development phase and responsible to drive for technical solution prior to release.
Define resources needed and build up a performing project team across organizations.
