**About the role**In this role as a Project & NPI Manager, will hold responsibility to lead projects including New Product Introduction project, and other improvement projects. Responsible from project planning up to qualification run and release to mass production.**What you will do*** Lead new product introduction projects and other improvement projects.* Responsible to define the business case and project plan agreement with all relevant management levels and stakeholders.* Responsible to implement and realize project targets according to the project plan.* Responsible to mitigate process risk from early development phase and responsible to drive for technical solution prior to release.* Define resources needed and build up a performing project team across organizations.* Communication point between BG, R&D and assembly site to ensure smooth release from development to full production.* Manage all requested changes and execute change management process* Involve in technical evaluati...
