JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for work progress from beginning until handover project

Daily monitoring and coordinating construction work at site.

Ensure all work done in accordance to the specification in good workmanship practice and without delay on progress.

Controlling of resources such as materials, labour, tools, machinery and etc.

Prepare requisition for materials and ensure all material and machinery delivered to site conform to the purchase order.

To control and manage sub-contractors / Clients / Suppliers at site.

To identify and record quality problems through inspection.
