Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in construction, with strong exposure to high‑rise or large‑scale developments
• In-depth knowledge of contracts, construction methods, procurement, and authority requirements
• Proven leadership in managing site teams, consultants, and contractors
• Strong coordination, reporting, and decision‑making skills
• Proficient in site scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery: scheduling, construction, quality control, and safety
• Coordinate with authority, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams from pre‑construction planning
• Drive progress on‑site, plan activities, manage manpower and materials efficiently
