The Scrum Master is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for guiding and coaching teams in the use of Scrum / Agile practices. The primary responsibility of this role is to boost the effectiveness of teams by managing key projects, championing cross‑team alignment and delivering success while operationalizing underlying processes to make development teams hum effectively.

The Scrum Master resolves impediments, monitors and has control over the Scrum processes and meetings.
