Project Manager

Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of intelligent warehouse management system (WMS) projects, including project research, business blueprint design, functional requirement documentation, system configuration, data preparation, user training, and go-live support to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. Liaise with R&D teams to communicate requirements, track software development progress, and oversee testing phases. During system integration and go-live stages, take charge of issue resolution on-site to accelerate project delivery. Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth implementation.
