Project Manager (RE)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage renewable energy projects (solar PV, hybrid systems, BESS) from initiation to commissioning and handover
• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) activities
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, utilities, contractors, and authorities
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality targets
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, quality, and HSE requirements
• Review and approve technical documents, designs, contracts, and variation orders
• Manage procurement strategy, vendor selection, and subcontractor performance
