Manage project risks and issues implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges

Maintain meticulous control over scope changes ensuring the business case is updated and obtaining necessary customer signoffs

Chair various project meetings preparing essential documents such as minutes and reports for Steer Co Weekly Status & Stakeholder meetings and Daily Stand-ups

Direct and motivate project teams across Group Tech to ensure the successful delivery of project scope within established time cost and quality parameters
