About the Role
- 8 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on business rather than technical roles.
- Experience in the insurance or financial sector, ideally in administration, compensation, or back-office operations.
- Understanding of insurer-specific processes: contract management, representative compensation, and administration of life or group products.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in a context of system or administrative process transformation or modernization.
- PMP, MGP, or ACP certification.
