- Project Manager
- Oversee subdivision projects valued from $5m to $50m.
- Manage project planning, programming, project compliance, forecasting.
- Client/stakeholder management.
- Coaching and mentoring of relevant staff and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering civil construction projects.
- Subdivision experience desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
