OverviewColliers Engineering & Design is looking for a Project Manager to join our Planning group within Buildings Services in Phoenix, AZ! This position will oversee and lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for creating and processing land development applications through local jurisdictions.
This includes administering the project, coordinating internal working groups, ensuring timely delivery of application submittals, meeting with jurisdictional representatives, attending and presenting at public meetings, and managing budgets.
In addition, this individual will manage, direct, and supervise the work efforts of assigned staff and coordinate the technical and managerial direction regarding scope, schedule, quality and budget of projects.
