About the program
Own delivery across cross-functional streams (Dev, Data, Architecture, Compliance) to modernize payments platforms and integrate new rails/services.
What you’ll do
- Plan and deliver complex payment modernization workstreams; manage scope, risk, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate dependencies across squads; enforce Agile ceremonies and reporting.
- Manage vendor engagements (e.g., networks, remittance partners); ensure regulatory and compliance alignment.
- Drive implementation readiness: environment plans, cutover/runbooks, operational acceptance.
- Communicate program status to senior stakeholders; escalate risks proactively.
