Project Manager

The Project Manager overseesall aspects of the planning, execution, monitoring and control of the overall operations of his assigned project. He/she is responsible in managing all contract negotiations, and successfully complete the project with the goal of meeting schedule, meeting quality standards, and staying within proposed gross margin projections while maintaining good customer and vendor relationships.

Job Descriptions:

• Provides managerial and technical supervision of the overall planning, execution, monitoring and control of the project activities.
• Responsible for ensuring achievement of the Project's SHE, Quality, Time & Cost targets.
• Directs the review and implementation of budgets, detailed schedules, work plans and manpower projections.
• Resolves project delay problems.
• Handles the organizing, staffing, and updating of the project table of organization in coordination of HR.
• Manages client relationships.
