Job Description
This is a 100% on-site role based in Manassas, VA, for a 12‑month, $40 million project. While candidates may be located anywhere in the continental U.S., relocation to the project site is required.
The position is with a leading Construction Management Firm/Owner’s Representative specializing in commercial construction projects nationwide. The Project Manager will work closely with project owners and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution
Responsibilities
+ Ensure project completion is on time and meets all quality and compliance standards
+ Manage submittals and maintain project documentation in the database (~30% of role)
+ Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) (~20%)
+ Participate in key meetings (bid reviews, GC meetings, subcontractor meetings) (~20%)
+ Oversee coordination with general contractors and project teams
