About the Role
Main tasks:
- Managing production transfer and ramp-up
- Planning and controlling changes
- Driving continuous yield and quality improvement actions
- Setting up ways of working for future projects
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management
- Strong experience in product ramp-ups and electronics manufacturing
- Experience in logistics, sourcing, and production testing
- Experience using ERP systems
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish
