About the Role

The project management department is responsible for managing improvement projects and industrialization projects of new product introductions. Your responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring product feasibility and process/product quality
- Providing product improvement proposals
- Setting up and ensuring the VDL ETG production process according to pre-agreed objectives in terms of quality, logistics, technology, and costs.
- Optimally setting up and securing the supply chain
- Reporting project progress
- Ensuring the realization of prototypes and pilots
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in project management within the complex manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership qualities and experienced in guiding teams.
- Familiar with the high-tech industry.
