Project Manager (Network Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan and work closely with stakeholders and vendors to maintain schedule for the delivery of network infrastructure projects involving mainly the tech refresh of network infrastructure (core network devices, network equipment etc.).
• Manage change process, ensure deliverables address required quality & support requirements, ensure project performance adheres to stipulated KPIs and are compliant to prevailing security and governance requirements.
• Ensure the smooth transition of the system from the project implementation phase to operation & maintenance phase.
• Organise and participate in project reporting, updates and post-mortems with the goal to identify and enhance processes as part of continuous improvement effort.
