Role & Responsibilities:
Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective project delivery.
Responsible for planning and scheduling resources efficiently.
Support the successful delivery of programs through effective facilitation, tracking andreporting.
Responsible for the establishment and management of standards, processes, documentation and reporting.
Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans arerelevant, accurate and complete.
Contributes to the flow of communication within the team, by actively participating in teammeetings.
Monitor overrun projects to ensure achievement of cost efficiency and act to correct anyadverse variances.
Prepares management dashboards and submits periodical reports as required.
