We need a senior Project Manager who can lead a team in a respectful and professional way, maintain strong accountability, and keep delivery high-quality and on-time. This person must be:

• Humble, calm, and respectful in communication

• Strong in English (spoken + written)

• Organized, structured, and proactive

• Able to lead without ego, manage conflict maturely, and keep the team motivated

• Comfortable working under deadlines and handling multiple parallel projects

Delivery Ownership

• Own project execution from kickoff to launch and post-launch support

• Convert requirements into clear tasks, timelines, and milestones

• Track daily progress, manage priorities, and ensure deadlines are met

• Manage scope changes and protect timelines and quality
