About the Role

 
  Position Description 
 The Project Manager oversees and manages projects, and is responsible for planning, monitoring projects. The PM is responsible for co-ordination and completion of the projects and will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing progress of the projects, setting, and following budgets, making HR decisions, and other project management-related tasks. The PM will be based in West Africa with travel to various remote training sites throughout the region. 
  Location:  Ghana, West Africa
 
  Position Requirements 
 Two years of directly related experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity involving curriculum development, training, and equipment procurement in an austere environment valued at $1,000,000 per year minimum.
