About the Role

 
  Position Description 
 The Project Manager oversees and manages projects, and is responsible for planning, monitoring projects. The PM is responsible for co-ordination and completion of the projects and will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing progress of the projects, setting, and following budgets, making HR decisions, and other project management-related tasks. The PM will be based in Africa with travel to various remote training sites throughout the region.
 
  Position Requirements 
 Ten plus years of experience managing military training programs in geographically diverse locations. Programs should exceed $ 5 million per project. 
 Managing projects shall be defined as the candidate serving as the senior-most in-country management official at the project level.
