- Oversee and manage all on‑site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities, ensuring works fully comply with approved drawings, specifications, hotel operator standards, and local authority requirements.
- Monitor daily MEP site progress, supervise contractors and subcontractors, and enforce strict adherence to quality, safety, testing, and commissioning requirements.
- Coordinate all MEP interfaces with CSA, ID, kitchen/laundry systems, façade, AV/IT, ELV, and specialist suppliers to ensure seamless installation and prevent construction clashes.
- Review MEP contractors’ shop drawings with consultants, method statements, material submissions, construction programs, and progress claims relevant to the MEP scope.
- Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly, lead MEP inspections and QA/QC checks, and prepare detailed progress and technical reports for management and stakeholders.
