About the Role

Your Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a key role in our division. AsProject Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects from beginning to end. You will ensure all Enersolv standards and codes are implemented and you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations while continuously improving the project bottom line.

Responsibilities
Manage any size project with supervision

Develop and track the project schedule including trade manpower loading for the project

Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors

Direct staff on proactive tracking of RFIs, Cost Submittals, Shop Drawings and Meeting Minutes

Direct staff on assembly shop drawings from trades and suppliers and review for compliance with Specification

Prepare RFIs, MSIs and change orders
