Project Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities

1) Project Development and Construction Phase

• Participate in the early-stage planning, positioning, and feasibility study formulation
• Coordinate with design, construction, equipment, supply chain, and other stakeholders to drive project implementation
• Oversee construction progress, costs, quality, and key milestones

2) Pre-opening and Operational Management

• Develop and implement the resort's overall pre-opening plan
• Build operational management systems (front office, guest rooms, hot springs, dining, ancillary services, etc.)
• Lead the local team recruitment, training, and management (including both Chinese and Filipino employees)

3) Operations and Management

• Oversee overall business performance, cost control, and profitability model
• Develop marketing strategies and product offerings based on the local market situation
