Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Develop detailed project Scope, Goals plans,timelines, Documentations and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Implement and monitor Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
•  Maintain strong communication across teams and handle escalations.
•  Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
•  Facilitate communication between technical teams and management.
•  Review project documentation, technical specifications, and test plans for accuracy.
•  Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
•   Drive process improvements and promote best practices in software project management.

Tools 
● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
