About the Role
Job Description: Manage solar ground-mounted projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning (ETC), and operations & maintenance (O&M). Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to land acquisition, permits, financing arrangements.
