About the Role
Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for driving operational improvement and delivering business-critical projects?
We are recruiting a Logistics Project Manager on behalf of a growing FMCG business that is investing in its logistics and distribution capability to support future growth, improve service levels and increase operational efficiency.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead a major logistics transformation programme, taking responsibility for reviewing the current operation and developing a scalable, customer-focused logistics model for the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and redesign the existing distribution network
* Analyse customer demand, delivery patterns and route performance to identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop a future-state logistics strategy aligned with business growth objectives
* Evaluate fleet performance, utilisation and future requirements
