Responsibilities:

Definition and continuous improvement of material flow and warehouse standards (process, equipment, postings, … within the plants), global roll out, training and support of the Plant Logistics Managers and Regional Logistics Managers.

Definition and coordination of logistics standards and projects for operational efficiency, cost drivers, KPIs, logistics benchmark.

Identification of logistics related improvement potentials in the plants, good/best practices within/outside VC regarding process, factory layout, equipment for material flow, warehouse, KPIs.

Run and participate in global, cross functional / department projects to support with logistics know how.

Drive cost savings programs by running logistics, operations projects and workshops globally.
